These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Framerdevv website and the services provided by Dev (referred to as "Framerdevv," "We," "Us"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.








1. Services and Scope of Work


1.1. Defined Scope: All projects require a formal, written Statement of Work (SOW) or a service agreement outlining the specific deliverables, page count, animation level, and timeline, as agreed upon by both parties with official signatures.

1.2. Out of Scope Work: Any work requested by the Client that falls outside the defined SOW will require a new SOW or a written change order and may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.

1.3. Delivery Timelines: The estimated delivery time for the project, indicated as (*) in the project plan, is an estimated and may be subject to adjustment based on the scope and complexity of the work. Framerdevv reserves the right to reasonably extend the timeline for completion or delivery. Estimated delivery days exclude all weekends Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays observed by the Indian Government.



2. Intellectual Property (IP)


2.1. Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment of all invoices associated with the project, the Client will be assigned the intellectual property rights to the final, completed design and code provided by Framerdevv.

2.2. Framerdevv Rights: Framerdevv retains the right to use the completed project design, screenshots, and case study details for promotional purposes, including in its online portfolio and marketing materials.

2.3. Tools & Resources: Framerdevv retains IP rights to any design methodologies, templates, or non-Client-specific code snippets utilized in the project.



3. Payment Terms


3.1. Standard Payment: Services require an upfront deposit (e.g., 80%) before work commences, with the remainder payable upon project completion, or as defined in the specific service agreement.

3.2. Late Payments: Framerdevv reserves the right to halt work on the project if any scheduled payment is not received by the due date.



4. Client Responsibilities


4.1. Content and Assets: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary project content, imagery, logos, and materials in the required digital format and by the agreed-upon deadline.

4.2. Content Delays: Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide content or feedback on time may result in the suspension of the project and extension of the final delivery date.


5. Project Cancellation and Refund Policy


This policy outlines the financial obligations and refund structure should the Client decide to terminate a project agreement with Framerdevv.


5.1. Cancellation Before Payment/Commencement: If the Client cancels the project before any official payment has been processed or before the work officially commences, no fees are due to Framerdevv, and therefore, no refund will be required or processed.

5.2. Standard Cancellation (Early Stage): Should the Client choose to cancel the project after payment has been made but before significant work has been completed, Framerdevv will issue a refund equivalent to 90% of the total project fees paid. The remaining 10% will be retained by Framerdevv as a non-refundable administrative and resource allocation fee.

5.3. Late-Stage Cancellation (Time-Based Policy): If the project has an agreed-upon delivery timeline (e.g., one month) and the Client initiates cancellation after more than 50% of the scheduled days have elapsed, Framerdevv reserves the right to retain 50% of the total project fees. In this specific circumstance, the Client will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid. This increased retention covers substantial time and resource allocation within the project's critical period.



6. Limitation of Liability


Framerdevv is not liable for any damages, including loss of profit or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the website, services, or any third-party tools (like Framer hosting or external plugins).
